Pre 1898 muskets aren't even classified as firearms. This type of leftist administration reaction and the poor educations they dole out should be propelling all people to send their children to private schools or home school. The leftists hate that because they then miss out on their chance to propaganidize and indoctrinate and brainwash the kiddies in their political thinking rather than spend that time teaching skills necessary to providing a product or service. The Student may have a good 2nd Amendment case also since clearly a musket is an fashioned true outdated militia weapon. If that musket is a weapon, so are my bare fists and feet (and by the way over 30% of murders each year are committed with hands and feet by the FBI Crime Statistics so clearly hands and feet are weapons and cannot be brought to schools under zero tolerance).
