Since the stock already has a ripe history of manipulation with the low float, don't know if that would be a solution. On the other hand, share buybacks are a vote of confidence. If the annual meeting were held today betcha it would be a prime topic. Don't think there would be much gushy complacency any more. Russ got his plaque from the shareholders, and perhaps felt that it was a sign that the current direction was just peachy and nothing bad could happen. The market has obviously disagreed in spades. Now down 65% from the high and deteriorating along with everything else, making the predictions that GNET "does it own thing" and may not fall in sympathy look pretty darn bad.

Bullish market consensus reading: this is interesting.
