In its filing with the SEC, the company said it is actively working on this. Any brokerage that is considering to be their main market maker will want time to study the company before agreeing to sign up. Just due diligence on their part. If it is successful, this would probably be announced in 1Q, IMO.

From their filing, of the 10MM shares, about 40% are floating. The rest are held by insiders and/or private investors.
