I guess the street doesn't like the news because 1. it appears to contradict the prospects of a takeover of ICGX 2. it is dilutive Long term, I like this move. It fits into ICG's primary market - California and expands into a market they need to be in. I love comapnies with good management. Everything Shelby Bryan has done since taking this company over fits within a long range plan. He has done a super job refocusing this company.
