I do not have any opinion on Comdial. In fact the only US stock I have right now is Aspect--and it's not been doing much lately. I had assembled a list of telecom--mainly voice technology recognition companies and was starting to follow them, but never came up with anything. Over the last couple months I have become increasingly bearish on that whole sector. The only other sector I used to follow were the PC video card and chip stocks...but I've become bearish on those too (recently was kicking myself for not shorting siii after it had it's run up).

I'm primariliy in cash, and have been beginning to plow some money into some of those beaten down southeast Asian CEF's. Recently I started to explore some US biotechs, but then, feeling overwhelmed by so many risky possibiliities, gave up and bought some Malaysia Fund of all things just to get a trade out of my system.

I have some money with Fidelity Select funds (where I have already paid a load and can trade among the select funds) and I am going to transfer into the Biotech fund--if the market in general could do a little dip for me.

I have been itching to short something, but even my option account is just cash right now. The market seems to be attatched to dow 8000 right now...I'd like to see a little run one way or the other before I do any more trading. See ya, Mike
