Good question ....I tossed that one around during the intial ACCC buyout offer ..and sort of put this thing on the watch list...then TEL-SAVE made it's offer for ACCC and told them we'll give you $50 but only $40 if you buyout USWIC... ACCC didn't jump on that but stood fast with their decision to buyout.... that added some adhesion to the deal...
