More reasons not to go with Suretrade... I've been on Suretrades site for the last two days and it's slower than an Antarctic glacier! And I have tried to put in an order to sell a stock that is in my account. They keep telling me that my trade is rejected because, "it does not meet my broker's parameters"! &^#!@#^& !!! I go to the automated phone ordering system and try to do the same thing...It is rejected again! @#&&#$ !!! I push 0 and sit on hold for 35 minutes. Then a broker tells me that my order is rejected because I put in a sell order over 25% higher than the market price! $#@^*U%^$^$^#@# !!!!!!!!! No duh! The stock is at 25 cents... the damn spread could be 25%! What a crock! I asked him why they don't have that on the website and he chuckled and said that he agreed, they should. I asked him when email support was going to be running as it was non-existant at this time due to "THE BIG BRAIN". He chuckled and said that he hoped soon. I asked him what it would take to get my stock certificates delivered. He said to email suretrade and ask for them. I asked him what email address and he said just send it to service@suretrade.com ... I said... "THE BIG BRAIN!?!?! That's the same email address!!!" He chuckled and said..."you better fax it". No duh! I don't think "The Brain" is up to it. Damn I hate this company. I'm outta here! Mike Sawyer
