Charlie, Plex and Tanc (Titan Energy are not shells just poorly run companies in need of their stock to operate. A shell basically has no operations, no debt, bas past most likely but a newly acquired merger or coming ourt of bankruptcy. AETTQ came out of bankruptcy like AVBC now there are like a shell because of lack of debt and a sales coming in soon once they get the company back on line. Takes about 3 - 6 months to do that. Plust they have a debt being carried forward. Now MIDL & CNHH are great shells. They will jocky around with acquisitions until they find a permanent resident to occupy the shell. Mainly the stock structure is what will attract a good company into a shell. Happy Trading gaBard
