Sandra, FYI... Boykin Lodging REIT, ticker: BOY, just declared a $.47 quarterly dividend today. Ex-date is Dec. 31. Annual yield at today's closing price is now over 14% !!!!!! And still, no one is giving much notice--Oh well... I know I am going to buy a bunch next week, though... Take care.....
