Charles, I enjoy reading the information you provide on QLSI. In April I called the company to learn more about their business. I talked to Patricia an she mailed me an information package on the company. Shortly after that I invested in QLSI at .53. Then the Pipasa deal came on line. I'm fairly new to investing and already I have this QLSI/PIPASA deal goin on. I know sometime in June there is going to be a share holder meeting to approve this deal. How does this meeting work? I'm not really sure what gets voted on. What happens to the shares I own in QLSI? Do the shares I bought into QLSI just turn into shares of Pipasa? I like the idea of buying into QLSI and becoming an owner of a muti million dollar Costa Rican International Holdings. I think th name of the new company implies much more than chicken processing. I'm curious if you or Kirk know of any other deals Pipasa might be working. How soon before they start selling their products in the U.S? Are they selling any of their products to other overseas markets? Thanks for all the great info you put out and I look forward to reading all your posts in the future. Ed Hageman
