SARASOTA, FLA.-July 2, 1996--NVID International Inc.(OTC Bulletin
Board:NVID) announced Tuesday that its wholly owned subsidiary,
Aqua BioTechnologies Inc., has developed a new product line strictly
for the industrial and health care communities. The new product line
is known as Aqua BioControls and is a computerized, electronic
ionization/water disinfection system. This system can automaticall
monitor and adjust the ionization process for such variables as pH,
temperature,flow rate, conductivity, and copper readings. The systems
can also serve as a pH and chlorine-feeding system. The company has
applied for patents on the product in May 1996. The product was
unveiled at the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and
Epidemiology (APIC) in Atlanta as well as the American Society for
Hospital Engineers (ASHE) in Orlando, Fla. To date, there has been
considerable interest in the system which is the first of its kind
anywhere in the world. The company also announced that it has begun
