I corrected myself on the dollar amount of the insider sales.

I understand the purpose of a reverse split. However, that does not explain how the stock price got so low that they were put in that situation.

The point of the Dumping. Well, before I invest, I do research. So I assuming that these investors did research as well, such as seeing the real books.

Therefore seeing the business model, and profit requirements to get credit cash, why did they dump there shares to get their investment back? I guess they are not stockmarket investors.

I'm not experienced in companies that record revenue based on percent completion. I'm more used to billing by the hour, or
job completion. The problem is that WPCS can be creative on their revenue recognition.
