I don't think I stated myself very well. My point was not the terrible price of this stock but that at this price it is setting itself up for an easy take over. The market cap is only about 7.5MM and if there product is so wonderful, someone will buy them out. The offer will be a great offer at about 20 cents/share, which is well above the current price. The offer will include perks for management that we will never hear about and we will get the royal shaft in the deal. That was my point and in my opinion, which of course is worthless.
