 Kristi  Noem governs a state about 1,500 miles away, but South Dakota  Republicans reportedly made a big hit at the North Carolina Republican  convention on Saturday.

 Noem  spoke to the audience in collaboration with many North Carolina  Republicans while serving at Capitol Hill, noting that North Carolina  voters had sent Democrat Roy Cooper to the Governor’s Office.
 
 “You’re choosing a great representative, but you’re choosing a terrible governor,” she joked, and once again got a big response.
