Phil: Not everybody feels the same way as you do so please don't represent all of us when you reprimand someone. Using caps is equivalent to shouting and it's rude to shout at folks. It's also painful on the eyes. There's nothing wrong with politely reminding folks about email etiquette. You'll also notice I'm not redirecting you back to a primary level chat room before ending this note because it's not a nice thing to do.
