Ron, Thanks for your help. Do you think it might be worthwhile waiting for end of year sales. I'm torn after watching Bema's drop Friday between buying more of that, taking a position in Manhattan or taking a fling on Dayton which may be the 'undisclosed party' selling some property to NPEC in Andocallo. You sure can get hooked on this stuff, no? Regards, Bill
