Judah, I'm waiting for a response from Mecc concerning the details of the proxy vote. When I get a reply, I'll post it. As to my guess on Sofkey's stock movement, well I would of thought that it would have gap up this morning and be at 21. It has done just the opposite so far today. Normal pullback from a good couple of days last week? I would think so but this stock baffles me on why it moves up and down so fast. One thing we all know, Softkey doesn't stay in one place long, it either drops like a rock or shoots for the moon. I'm ready for another rocket ride. Kirby
