Ray,

there were 2 blks at 228,400 each, traded at 39 3/8. At the time, bid was 39 1/4 and ask was 39 5/8. No idea whether that was a buy/sell. At 3:30, bid and ask both dropped by 1.5, with not much volume after that. Anyone know a market maker who can explain what happened here?
