Top 50 Security Tools insecure.org Some good reading here, neat stuff. NMAP (scanner / stack fingerprinter) is on the top of my "things to try" list, after I get my Linux box set up. I've already tried the web / CGI version of NMAP on a few known hosts, pretty cool stuff. And I also had a web / CGI-based port scan reveal a few interesting things about the ports visible on my computer!
