Yes, I read the press release. However, what is important initially, is the price of Accord stock on the open market. Since the subscription price is $8.00, the assets must have been revalued since the press release. Perhaps that's why there has been a delay (the press release stated that the IPO was going to happen by the end of March).

P.S. I will be away from the board for the next 3 weeks.
