Perhaps, perhaps not. My bet is not. Your bet is that they are worth 30. We will see in the end. I suspect that this bk will be finished by the end of 2013.

Side note: There is a court document that is authorizing payments of the amounts due to the various folks on Clipper prior to the bk filing.
