Rex, the model is 30 q97 then 36,37 fully taxed then 45 yes depreciation is in model.Yes Sharpe said they have the rights to sell the pa's which puts them in an a sort of strange position of competing with them.The last 2 quarterly numbers don't include Ericsson.It looks like they could do some real numbers in 98 and I get the feeling 2nd half of 97 will better then they are leading on I am sure Sharpe didn't expect the stock to get beat up this bad.
