Update 10/25/00 Digital Focus Media Inc. and Total Multimedia Inc. signed a MOU whereby DFMI grants to TMM an exclusive license, to sell derivative products based on DFMI fractal technology for: a video-streaming product (SoftVideo) for TMM to transmit video over the Internet for delivery via broadband; and to develop a version of the SoftVideo product with specific application to the aviation and travel entertainment industry. tmmgroup.com Now, please tell me why TMMI needs to license the fractal technology from Digital Focus when TMMI is suppose to have a license to use fractal technology from Iterated Systems?
