You're right. And they're seeing it slip away from them. The economy is starting to cook, the situation in Iraq is getting cleaned up, bin Laden hasn't been able to hit us again.

In reality, if you get rid of the overheated rhetoric from Kerry (which, at least for this week, is Reagan's final legacy), Bush looks pretty good.

I don't think they can beat him.
