Certainly we all think of Intel as purely a chip play and MPU's at that, but they have so many new businesses that I wonder at what stage this may change? Intel is the number 2 player after 3Com in NIC's. Also, there is a need to keep the premium brand awareness in their main business. Yes, it's a lot of money, but maybe it's worth it. Regards, Mark
