PAL,

I find myself supporting your point but at the same time wanting to tell you to KMA. You may not know it, but you are being perceived as arrogant and condescending. None of us is perfect, but Frank commands great respect around these parts for a reason. He has earned it, he deserves it, and he will get it. Your ideas are valuable and you would be receiving a much different reception if you took the time to present them in a manner more befitting their quality and more indicative of your character.
