T2K, In regards to the settlement issue, I am hoping for it, but still somewhat skeptical about it actually coming to fruition.

However, in regards to the effect of Bill Gates' celebrity status, I wouldn't count on that having an effect on the state AG's. Prosecutors are the most powerful civil servants in their sphere, much more so than the President or a USSC Justice. And Attorney Generals are the most powerful law enforcers in a state.

They tend to have big egos which, IMO, would probably be more satiated by crushing Bill Gates rather than by getting a photo op with him.

You never know what'll happen though. This stock is so much fun!
