Confused? It appears that our homeland defense minister is confused about defense vs fund raising. The e-mail, sent by RNC Deputy Chairman Jack Oliver, describes the new Office of Homeland Security headed by former Pennsylvania governor Tom Ridge and encourages recipients to "sign a petition" in support of President Bush and the war effort. Signing the petition requires entering a home and e-mail address, potentially useful information for party organizers and fundraisers. Can you believe it?
