An interesting point that I have not seen mentioned in this thread is that the new Ultra3 boards that LSI has brought out have beaten Adaptec to the market (as Adaptec still does not offer a 160 mb/s Ultra3 board). This is the first time that I can remember that anyone has beaten Adaptec with a new SCSI interface standard board (but I could be mistaken on this one).
