He should resign. May have a health problem soon! If he's taking orders and carrying them out now, he won't like that. Of course I think that he knew to call irrational exuberance when he realized he made it during the former administration's watch. They weren't watching. Since he wasn't into submarine races he found a diversion to take apart the economy, but he couldn't put it together and he broke it. Like tens of thousands he should be fired, no severance, no pension and told to live on whatever he has left. If he's as good as he thinks he is, let him daytrade for a living.<GG>
