Ditto to good Scotia service on the phone only. Their online is the slowest site I have ever visited. All has been well except lately I have had 3 mistakes on the trading floor and not on the order desk. Once I tried to buy 5k at .14 and they put thru 1.5k at .15 - It was not a market order. Then I sold 6500 at the bid of 9 and 500 went thru at .07 - by the time they fixed it - an hour later no more was bid at ,09 so I am left with 500 shares or worthless trash. The big one was this GDK one I have been talking about. The trade went thru and the seller got it reversed somehow?????????????? That was thursday - I would have been sitting on a double.
