Thanks for the cautious comment re DRIV. Missing just one quarter does not kill the company. It sells software, but it is not just an online retailer. They have a strong pool of talents and expertise in the people. I like their consulting and outsourced side of the business model. It will be a successful company if they can execute. I am planning on averaging up or down from here. It will be an easy double in a year. OTOH, if it doesn't execute, it will be one of my many tax loss candidates by year end. Rich
