Pretty decent pre market volume for just a rumor It may have caught people's attention that AAPL just might do a larger deal. In examining motives and dirty tricks, don't underestimate that a potential target may have leaked this story to drive up the cost of stock of the potential targets. Time Warner, Disney, Netflix.... There's a reason this story came out. What is unclear is who leaked it and why.
