I am convinced that people are born with different cores.

My mother was one who would likely die rather than defend herself
and could not hurt anyone even in self defense.

I can see myself torturing someone given the right conditions - I am thinking
leather panties and bra here but beyond that - no - not much of a fighter either.

Then there are those who can not only torture but pour salt into the wounds when done.

I remember this kid when I grew up that tortured everyone and anything - break the legs
on a chicken for kicks - I got kicked out of "Confirmation Classes" for asking too many
questions while he went on to become "alter boy" When he was being confirmed in his
nice purple and gold gown I remember looking at my Grandmother and his Mom while
they were swooning in a trance like state and saying he looked like an angel.

That was one of those moments in my life I will never forget.
