Mr. K, I fully agree with you that only consolidated results should be published. Pro forma figures only create confusion. The "dividend on preferred shares" deal last year with PA is understood by very few people. Better to have only common stock and one set of figures. By the way, very good news from authorize.net. gosubmit could be a cash cow for gnet. "monthly updates" translate into recurring fees. Regards, Pareto
