On machinery - it is amazing how cheap you can move material with the right equipment ... some of the all-up mining and milling costs of heap-leach systems sound too cheap to be true, can't recall any specifically but they sure seemed cheap to an old logging road builder who's done a bit of bulldozing .... and the oil sands, it's under a dollar a yard to break that goop out and haul it for miles
