JLP, I came up w/a higher estimate:
Lets round off the numbers for simplicity-
5,500,000 shares total of Kaire International at approximately $6.00 ea
16,000,000 shares of Kaire holdings
Kaire Holdings owning 1,500,000 of Kaire International
1,500,000 x $6.00 = $9,000,000
$9,000,000/16,000,000 shares KAHI= $.5625 per share
Please correct me if I'm off base here......John
