I sure hope that you guys are wrong ... I think I've got a pretty good nose for hype and fraud, and I just don't see it here. We have an independent testing company saying the product is remarkable, UL approval in the works, and the president of the company stating in the most widely read trade journal in the industry that the product is near ready to market (he also compared the product to velcro, because of the # of diverse uses - maybe a little hype there i guess). If this product is anywhere near as good as it appears, it really is going to be revolutionary. And even if UREC does not have the capability to mass market it (and they probably do not), someone else will, either through a distribution agreement or buyout. High risk, sure, but huge reward if this product is what they say it is. I'm gonna give it three - six more months ....
