Christian. I played many convertibles, but most were floorless. This one is not, so the holders would like to see higher prices to sell/short into and if they allready converted and hold the shares, they can call them back... This is JMHO, I have small long position that I bought again at 6 7/8 and 8. I maid well the first run, so I can "affored" to lose this round. BTW - where you found shares to short? I look into 2 brokers with no shares. Regards Amots
