It's very much the same as the tobacco litigation. They have political aspirations beyond AG and being seen as the caped crusader for the little guy, with the accompanying photo opps and salubrious press coverage, can only enhance those ambitions. Remember people asking Mike Moore (the Mississippi (?) AG who was the point man in the tobacco litigation) if he was going to run for president? Sheesh.
