i'm never sure. -g- i play the odds. which i guess means i am sure of one thing - i WILL be wrong sometimes. no doubt about it, we are in a buyers strike. but there aren't really a whole lot of sellers around either. imo this is a market ripe for - practically begging for - manipulation.
