Restricted shares that the owner cannot sell prior to some date in the future.

Really a mechanism to spread out dilution over a long period of time.

The more that i thought about the 7 mill shares, don't really think that is a big deal. Float is already around 50 million shares and some of lock up will probably to cover shares shorted to get around it.
