Glad to hear that bit of news.

Still wish the Chase H & Q would have been attended, that is about the biggest one of the year. Yesterday Yahoo presented, today Lycos did. (incidentally, LCOS shows more than 12 news items from the start of the month)

Let us say for the sake of argument that it would have been a $20,000 fee for presenting in San Francisco, in front of hundreds of the most influential industry analysts and more in the nation.

Could have been a little more, probably less than that though. A videoconference showing off by example the future of GNET and broadband would have been ideal.

Allright. In the annual report, sales and marketing ending Sept. 1999 totalled $6,347,873. (Hard to believe.)

$20,000 divided by that figure equals 0.003% !!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see how something like this can possibly be defended, that is about the cost of a cup of starbucks for you and I.
