As a long time lurker who just got SI access, I think this is a good point to speak up. A college roomate from UC Berkeley Engineering School has been a WIND employee for about 3 years and lives in the Oakland hills. There are lots of companies all around the Bay these days and it is ridiculous to think that all of the talent is pooled in Santa Clara county. I also went to my friends wedding on the Berkeley campus a couple of years ago and many WIND employees were there who lived nearly. Steve
