OT What kind of grief?

I have been yelling at them about the crashing of the options server and to post the last day of trading, instead of expire dates. Also the need of limit stops on options.

They tell me to call them, but the phone is busy. So I email them and get a different responder each time. Still they are cheaper, faster and better than where I was a year ago.
