Ted, for some reason the media isn't discussing Kim Sun-Il's strong Christian faith. He went to seminary, studied Arabic, and dreamed of doing mission work in the Middle East. But it seems he never dreamed of being a martyr. I know what you're thinking. He probably should have known the risks and avoided going to Baghdad in the first place. You're probably right, but to me, that doesn't make his death any less significant. I believe the terrorists knew about his Christian faith, too, which is why he was chosen as the next "star" of their video production. Tenchusatsu
