Your points are well taken.....I never could accept JP as a paid shill ....no credibility.. who the heck would pay for that ??.....Lorne on the other hand posts in a very commiserate manner that could be very effective,in a sweetly subtle way......its just not the way I see it. He has repeated numerous times that we on the outside do not have all the information necessary to predict the outcome of the dispute.....that very reasonable position seems to be the one most hotly contested.....?...... The scenario I buy/like is that the easiest way for ABZ/WSP to thwart takeover actions at this time is to be involved in ongoing litigation. They can kiss and makeup anytime. Pretty cagey. With respect to the apology,I think even RT would find this acceptable....... Gord - On second thought you are right about my allegations about RT. I have heard them but shouldn't have posted them here. I also should not have lumped in the rest of the team and I apologize for that as I'm sure there are many good people involved. wayne
