OT: Puuuuuurfectly happy (and healthy) guy. I scanned a picture of him (my first scan) but now I can't figure out how the heck to copy or attach the picture to e-mail. **Five** hours on the phone with HP technical support [and tech support is not a toll free call] today to try and get this thing working with my computer. Finally, in frustration, ready to give the scanner to Salvation Army, I called CPQ about an hour ago. The CPQ tech support person was dumbfounded the HP people did not immediately tell me to check a specific document at their (HP's) web site: it turns out certain HP scanners have problems with docking stations and yes, I did tell the HP people exactly what I was using. Timmy sat by my foot the entire time. Now if I could obly figure out how to post his picture... Lynn
