IMO, that is exactly why they moved to NY. He could remain visible and she could either get into state or federal politics. They have completed step one and two. Now to get the thief out of the UN and see what happens. The problem clinton has though is that the UN has gone from a dislike of the USA to an hatred (food for oil - among other reasons) so it will be difficult for slick willie to do his UN thing.
