Re: Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (CBI) - Last 4 days +7%

W/ Option expiration Friday and the stock up over 7% in last 4 trading days, anybody covering and/or rolling out their option positions. I am thinking of booking a quick gain on my common stock Buy as my fair value target was $57.00/share in 12 months.

Downside still could be at most $3.00/share if/when they announce settlement of their Southern Co./Westinghouse potential $600mln liquidated damage contract overrun. This could last years so probably not factored into the current stock price.

My thinking was if my estimated potential upside is 25% and 7% is achieved in 4 trading days, probably good to book gain. Not enough shares to bother w/ writing covered calls and do not really want to tie up cash and/or margin to write naked Puts. I trade in an all cash account buying undervalued stocks. I typically will hold stocks 3 years or more and focus on good dividend payers.
